How do I know my order was received?

You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order immediately after it is placed. This will ensure that we have received your order.

Can I ship to a different address?

At this time, with the exception of PayPal orders, we solely ship to the address associated with the billing address on your method of payment. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more Shipping Details.

I have not received my order yet, what should I do?

My Item was wrong. What are my next steps?

We are so sorry that we made a mistake! Please email us ASAP at info@stellaandviolette.com with your order details so we can fix this issue immediately.

I bought something that is now on sale. Can I receive a price adjustment for the difference?

No, we do not currently refund the difference of the products purchased that were put on sale.

How do I create an account?

In the top right corner, there is a small person icon that will allow you to make an account as well as login every time you visit!

Do I need an account to shop with you?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, making an account is faster for future purchases.

How can I get an item that is sold out in my size?

We have included the option to notify you if the item returns to stock.  

To receive these notifications, just click on your desired item and the size that you would like to order, add your email to the pop-up box and we will notify you IF the items become available.

How do I know what the right size is to order?

Just click on the sizing guide to help you make the best sizing selection, style, and fit.  All jeans include details on the stretch level and materials the product is made with.

For SV credits or special discounts, simply enter your special code in the notes section of your order.  We will adjust your order total prior to shipment.
